Come and learn how to make delicious sausages and stottie cakes!

A fun half day day course with Janet from High Strothers Farm making sausages from their rare breed pork – and of course – working with our Big River Baking Team to make our famous stottie cakes!

  • Price is per person and includes light refreshments and drinks on arrival. Sausage sarnies for lunch plus your hand made sausages and stottie cakes to take home.
  • Maximum of 10 people
  • Times – 10 – 2pm approx.
  • All attendees will be emailed a week before the course start date with details.
